Yes. Child tickets are available for children between the ages of 5–15. Children under 4 may travel free of charge but must sit on their caregiver's lap when the service is full. Buggies and pushchairs must be stowed on the lower deck. All children under 15 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

First tour of the day departs at 09:30 am from Stop 1 at Neptuno, and buses will come every 20 minutes until 7.30 pm depending on the of time of year. Other popular stops to start the tour include Stop 7 at Gran Via 32 and Stop 11 at the Madrid Rio / Principe Pio however you can redeem your ticket at any of the over 13 Big Bus stops.
