Do you accept luggage on Hop-On, Hop-Off?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate luggage on our Hop-On, Hop-Off buses due to limited storage capacity and provincial laws prohibiting luggage and other items that are not securely or properly stored onboard.

Where can I start the Hop-On, Hop-Off?

Gray Line Westcoast Sightseeing’s main starting location is Canada Place (also known as Stop 1). Please view our Live Map to view all available stops.

What are the hours of operation for Hop-On, Hop-Off?

In the summer, the first tour starts at 8:45 am with last pickups of the day starting at 5:15 pm. In the winter, the first tour starts at 9:20 am with the last pickups of the day starting at 4:15 pm.

How frequently do Hop-On, Hop-Off buses arrive at the bus stops?

In the summer season, our scheduled frequency is every 30 minutes. In the winter, we arrive at each stop every 60 minutes. Schedules are subject to change without notice. For the most up-to-date information, visit our Live Map or contact us at 604-451-1600.

Are Hop-On, Hop-Off tours wheelchair accessible?

Select buses on our Hop-On, Hop-Off tour are accessible for foldable wheelchairs, walkers or strollers. We are unable to accommodate motorized wheelchairs and scooters at this time.

How do I know which buses can accommodate a wheelchair, walker or stroller?

Buses equipped with collapsible wheelchair, walker or stroller accessibility will be displayed in **red** on our Hop Map for easy identification. You may use this live map to track the location of accessible buses and plan your trip accordingly.

Where may guests with wheelchairs, walkers or strollers sit?

Guests with collapsible wheelchairs, walkers or strollers have courtesy seating on the lower level of the bus. Due to Provincial safety regulations that require all equipment to be secured and stored, strollers and walkers are not permitted to be kept with the guest at their seat or on their lap. We do not accept reservations for courtesy seating.

Important Information

Your hop-on hop-off ticket is valid on both Big Bus and Westcoast Sightseeing buses. Please present your confirmation email to a Big Bus or Westcoast Sightseeing staff member before boarding the bus. You can start your tour at any stop.
