How far in advance should I arrive at the meeting point?
You must be at the meeting point 15 minutes before the departure time of the experience, queuing in an orderly fashion, so that the staff can check in your booking and you can board the bus.
Are child tickets available?
Yes. Child tickets are available for children between 5 and 15 years old. Children under 4 years old can travel free of charge, but must sit on their caregiver's lap when the service is full. All children under 17 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the buses wheelchair accessible?
